WA4 creates practical programs, resources and services that help people and organisations move forward. With a focus on neurodiversity, independence, education and meaningful support, we’re building better ways to understand, learn and grow.

"WA4 came from something I’m really passionate about, helping neurodivergent people learn more about themselves, build practical skills and become more independent in everyday life. Our services and resources are designed not only to support individuals, but also to help families, professionals and organisations create environments where independence can genuinely grow".

"Jordan has been working along side and supporting my son for the past 2 years. Jordan is reliable, empathetic, resourceful, caring and kind. Jordan is flexible with his working arrangements should we require any extra support days with given notice. My son has benefited immensely from the support Jordan provides and I cannot recommend him highly enough".
"He is punctual, considerate, courteous, kind, but most of all understanding of my severe mental illnesses and their highs, lows, panic attacks and flashbacks. Jordan is very good at settling my mood should I find myself out of my depth. This part of his care is always consistent and extremely empathetic. When I am in Jordan's company, I am his complete focus. When it is time to say goodbye at the end of the session I am always left feeling better than when I hopped in his car. His capability is to give hope and positive feedback when you need it most".
"Jordan is a great listener, very friendly and always willing to be there, to support my son. He is very understanding of mental health challenges and responds flexibly, when new needs arise".

Neurodiversity
We provide neuro-affirming support that recognises and respects individual differences. Our approach focuses on understanding, building confidence and finding strategies that work for each person.
Psychosocial Support
Support for people navigating the challenges that can come with mental health, daily life and personal wellbeing. We focus on practical support, connection and working towards meaningful goals.
Family Support
Supporting families to better understand, navigate and respond to the needs of their loved ones. Because when families feel supported, everyone benefits.
Our approach is strengths based and neuro-affirming. We recognise that independence looks different for everyone and focus on practical strategies, individual strengths and meaningful progress towards goals are reachable and that matter to each participant.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to build a life that feels more independent, confident and meaningful to them. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, which is why we focus on understanding the individual, building on their strengths and finding practical ways to make everyday life a little easier.
We also believe that better understanding leads to better support. By helping individuals, families, professionals and organisations learn more about supporting neurodiversity, we hope to create environments where people feel understood, supported and genuinely empowered to move forward.
